摘要

随着自动化测试系统的应用越来越广泛,对复杂的现场测试设备的测试功能要求也越来越高。普通母线难以满足自动测试系统的需求。新型的测试任务和速度迫切需要先进的总线技术。在先进TCA (Advanced TCA, ATCA)标准的基础上,提出了一种新的自动测试系统总线标准:先进TCA扩展仪表与测试(AXIe)总线标准。同时支持PCIe (PCI Express)接口和LAN接口进行数据传输,使得LXI或PXI测试系统可以与AXIe系统兼容。基于此背景,本文研究了测试体系结构和仪表模块的AXIe标准总线,建立了一种基于AXIe仪表模块结构的双通道高速信号产生模块。
