The article provides an overview and analysis of some aspects of the current state of relations between Russia and Armenia in the field of education. Particular attention is paid to the teaching of mathematics for economists in the higher schools of these countries. One of the new areas that are rapidly developing in the world is distance education, which promotes quick access to high-quality education and assistance in various issues on the subject. In addition to such advantages as accessibility, distance education helps teachers from different countries to cooperate, thereby providing students with more interesting material based on the experience of not one, but several countries.
