Within this research we used specific model which include ordering steps to determine and describe the basic aspect of factors affecting the acceptance of internet banking, where by the questionnaire were developed and distributed on a sample of employees for every bank to collect required data. Then, the data statistically analyzed by using (SPSS) programs to reach the result.
