摘要

针对实际监控场景,提出了一种基于SIFT特征和离散小波变换的先检测后识别方法。为了准确快速地检测运动目标,首先采用离散小波变换去除帧中可能导致检测误差的噪声,然后对连续两帧的低频部分采用帧间差分法进行目标检测,然后利用SIFT特征的不变性对目标进行表征和识别。实验结果表明,与经典的均值漂移方法相比,该方法提高了跟踪性能,也表明该算法可以应用于真实场景下的多目标跟踪。
