摘要

本研究旨在了解塔西马拉亚市卡瓦鲁区中小微企业的经营状况及绩效效果。通过对15家拥有231名员工的中小微企业进行描述性定量研究,利用影响Kawalu地区中小微企业绩效的因素。结果表明,该公司有50%的绩效因素无法实现,而卡瓦卢地区的中小微企业有50%的绩效因素可以完全实现。
