摘要

本文对溶胶-凝胶溶液的制备工艺进行了研究。在LTCC技术中利用溶胶-凝胶层来降低表面粗糙度和对陶瓷性能的影响进行了研究和描述。研究了溶胶-凝胶层对染料或生物物质在陶瓷微流控结构的通道、混合器或腔室中可能沉降的影响。此外,溶胶-凝胶涂层表面的性质已经被精确地检查和描述。最后,实验的积极结果使设计和制造一种简单的微流控陶瓷结构成为可能,该结构具有嵌入的溶胶-凝胶保护层,用于荧光测量。
