The HNMR data revealed that one oxime of the synthesized oximes was obtained as a mixture of two E/Z isomers in a ratio of (8:1). These resulting oximes were subjected into an esterification process with the terphthaloyl chloride in molar ratio of (1:2) respectively. The esterification reaction was carried out under basic conditions at 0 – 5 ºC then room temperature. The five corresponding bridged terphthaloyl oxime esters have been formed as solid materials in moderate yields. 摘要

本研究的目的是合成从苯乙酮、4-甲基苯乙酮、4-羟基苯乙酮、4-氨基苯乙酮和4-硝基苯乙酮中衍生的一些肟及其邻苯二甲酰肟酯,作为正在进行的研究的一部分。在氢氧化钾存在下,将苯乙酮衍生物与盐酸羟胺溶液回流,合成了5个苯乙酮肟。得到了相应的苯乙酮肟作为固体原料,产率中高。用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱分析证实了所合成的肟类化合物的结构。核磁共振数据显示,合成的肟中有一个肟是由两个E/Z异构体以(8:1)的比例混合而成。所得的肟分别以(1:2)的摩尔比与邻苯二甲酰氯进行酯化反应。在0 ~ 5℃的基本条件下进行酯化反应,然后在室温下进行。以中等产率合成了5种相应的桥接三苯二甲酰肟酯。通过红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱等技术对所制得的邻苯二甲酰酯的结构进行了确证。
