摘要
本研究旨在确定工作纪律和工作量对印尼Sirtanio Organik PT员工绩效的影响，研究数据收集技术采用问卷调查。所用的抽样方法是采用全抽样技术的非概率抽样。t检验和f检验分析结果显示，工作纪律(X1)和工作量(X2)变量对员工绩效有部分或同时的正向显著影响。R平方值为0.644，表明工作纪律和工作量对员工绩效的影响幅度为64.4%，其余35.6%受到其他变量的影响。
