The initial population of differential evolution algorithm is generated randomly within the constraint range of variable upper and lower limits, and the vector between random individuals in the population is used as the orientation of individuals. Differential evolution algorithm can effectively search for the optimal solution in the global scope, and it does not need the differentiable and convex properties of the objective function.
