摘要

PT. BPD Kaltim-Kaltara Tenggarong分公司发生的问题是,尽管不可否认的是,员工已经有效地执行了公司现有的程序,但仍然有许多客户等待服务队列的时间很长。本研究的目的是通过工作安置作为中介变量来识别和检验招聘和选择对员工绩效的影响。数据收集是通过向PT.
