The characterizations test indicates that the AgNWs were coated with silica and the hybrid particles were dispersed uniformly in matrix. The EMP response characteristics of samples with different filling concentrations under the square-wave were obtained. The results show that the voltage amplitude of output waveform is attenuated obviously, and a reflected waveform appears, which indicates that the resistivity of the sample decreases sharply induced by strong EMP. 摘要

具有电场感应非线性导电特性的自适应电磁脉冲(EMP)保护材料是人们迫切需要的。本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了sio2修饰银纳米线杂化物(AgNWs@SiO2)的核壳杂化纳米粒子。表征试验表明,AgNWs包覆了二氧化硅,杂化颗粒均匀分布在基体中。得到了不同填充浓度样品在方波作用下的电磁脉冲响应特性。结果表明:输出波形的电压幅值衰减明显,并出现反射波形,表明在强电磁脉冲的诱导下,样品的电阻率急剧下降,探讨了复合材料电磁脉冲响应特性的机理,验证了复合材料在自适应电磁脉冲保护领域的应用前景。
