Pseudomonas spp., Klebsiella spp. and Escherichia coli were isolated from rotten tomato fruits using McConkey, Blood and Peptone Sucrose agar media. Isolates were subjected to sensitivity test with 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% concentrations (volume by volume) of the different extracts, respectively. All the concentrations showed different degrees of growth inhibition on the test organisms. 摘要

本研究验证了从柑桔、网状柑桔、柠檬柑桔、金叶柑桔和葡萄柑桔中提取的植物化学提取物对番茄腐菌分离株的抑制作用。本研究结果为控制或管理番茄果实采后细菌性病害提供了一种危害小、成本低、易得的方法,以减少番茄果实经销商和农民经常遭受的巨大经济损失。溶剂提取物的主要成分为黄酮类化合物、单宁类化合物、萜烯类化合物、心苷类化合物、蒽醌类化合物、皂苷类化合物和生物碱。采用McConkey、Blood和蛋白胨蔗糖琼脂培养基从腐烂的番茄果实中分离出假单胞菌、克雷伯氏菌和大肠杆菌。分别用10%、20%、30%和40%的不同浓度(体积比)提取物对分离株进行敏感性试验。各浓度对试验生物均有不同程度的生长抑制作用。研究证实柑橘果皮植物化学提取物对番茄腐菌有较好的抑菌效果,为番茄果实细菌性腐菌病的可持续防治提供了良好的前景。
