Compared with traditional sculpture teaching, digital sculpture teaching in colleges and universities based on virtual reality technology can show the artistic beauty of sculpture course more conveniently and comprehensively. In order to explore the digital teaching mode of university sculpture course, this paper studies the online training system of university sculpture course based on virtual reality technology. In this system, a sculpture model is established by 3dsmax, and various business functions of the application system are developed by using the script compiler and C# language in unity3D rendering scene. The relational database uses SQL Sever to build the database server, and the web server uses Apache tomcat. The video files of this system are stored on a separate FMS server for convenient and quick access.
