Mean values of all morphometric characteristics of the genitalia and relative weights of reproductive organs did not show significant differences due to treatments. 摘要

研究了不同形式孕酮同步方案对羊母羊生殖器官重量和胎儿尺寸的影响。选取20只青春期后母羊,随机分为4个处理组(n=5),另设4只公羊。ⅰ组为对照(生理盐水0.5 ml),ⅱ组和ⅲ组分别肌注黄体酮10 mg和15 mg,连续14 d同步发情。IV组采用含30 mg醋酸孕酮的阴道内海绵(14 d)。用公羊在停药后24小时开始检测母羊的体温。生殖器各形态特征的平均值和生殖器官的相对重量均未因处理而出现显著差异。胎重、胎冠臀长、胎总长、脊柱长、脊柱尾长差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。
