摘要

为了提高原油加热炉系统的鲁棒性,一般采用全域规则自适应模糊控制对系统进行温度控制。但是,在参数调整时,该算法没有考虑误差变化率(EC)的影响。因此,本文采用变斜率规则自适应模糊控制算法对原油加热炉进行温度控制。在调整误差的同时,也对该方法的曲线斜率进行调整。实际加热炉数据的响应结果表明,该控制算法可以提高系统的动态和静态特性。结果表明,该方法对原油加热炉的温度控制是可行的。
