本文以高等教育劳动规制的社会组成部分——幸福管理为基础,探讨形成良好职业环境的因素。提出了调查结果,确定了科学工作者和教育工作者福利的问题。路线图组织项目在全球生态系统不稳定和变化的条件下,实现了社会和劳动关系的协调,改善了团队的社会和心理氛围,提高了对劳动生活的满意度
