Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed online and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS IBM version 21.The results of the study found that the services provided by the teacher were quite responsive, friendly, and fair when students experienced system problems so that it had an impact on student satisfaction in using e-learning. Then, it was also found that students had high confidence in operating the e-learning platforms used by teachers (Moodle and Google Classroom), although they lacked confidence in doing assignments and completing exams. Furthermore, during online learning, the average student has low interaction with the teacher. Some students tend to be passive when the teacher asks questions. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨网络学习品质、自我效能感及互动对学生在线学习满意度的影响。本研究采用定量与解释研究相结合的研究方法。这项研究是在SMK Negeri 2 Blitar的261名商业和管理专业学生中进行的。采用在线发放的调查问卷收集数据,利用SPSS IBM version 21进行多元线性回归分析。研究结果发现,当学生遇到系统问题时,教师提供的服务反应迅速、友好、公平,从而影响了学生使用电子学习的满意度。然后,我们还发现学生对教师使用的电子学习平台(Moodle和Google Classroom)有很高的信心,尽管他们在做作业和完成考试方面缺乏信心。此外,在在线学习过程中,学生与老师的互动程度普遍较低。当老师提问时,有些学生往往是被动的。综上所述,网络学习质量、自我效能感和互动对学生满意度存在显著的正向影响。
