FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN MENGKONSUMSI SUMBER ZAT BESI PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KOMBIKUNO KABUPATEN MUNA BARAT TAHUN 2020

Tablet zat besi (Fe) adalah salah satu mikronutrisi yang diperlukan dalam pembentukan hemoglobin yang diperlukan dalam sirkulasi tubuh manusia saat hamil sirkulasi darah di tubuh ibu akan meningkat, terjadi peningkatan volume plasma darah dan volume sel darah merah. Pada ibu hamil kebutuhan tablet zat besi juga meningkat karena tablet zat besi digunakan dalam pembentukan janin dan cadangan dalam plasenta serta untuk sintesi Hb ibu hamil.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi sumber zat besi pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kombikuno Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil sebanyak 360 ibu hamil. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 190 responden di Puskesmas Kombikuno Kabupaten Muna Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  tidak ada hubungan antara umur dengan konsumsi sumber zat besi pada ibu hamil (pvalue: 1,07)., ada hubungan antara jarak kelahiran dengan konsumsi sumber zat besi pada ibu hamil (pvalue: 0,00).ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan konsumsi sumber zat besi pada ibu hamil (pvalue: 0,00). Ada hubungan antara anemia dengan konsumsi sumber zat besi pada ibu hamil (pvalue: 0,00). Kata kunci: Umur, Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, Jarak Kelahiran, Anemia  AbstractIron (Fe) tablets are one of the micronutrients needed in the formation of hemoglobin which is needed in the circulasion of the human body doring pregnancy, blood circulasion in the mother’s body will increase in blood plasma volume and red blood cell volume. In pregnant women, the need for iron tablets also increases because iron tablets are used in the formation of the fetus and reserves in the plascenta for the sythensis of Hb in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors assaciated with the consumption of iron sources in pregnant women at the Kombikuno Public Health Center, West Muna Regency. The research method used is analytic obsevasional with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all 360 pregnant womenthe sample of this research is 190 respondents at the Kombikuno Public Health Center, West Muna Regency. The results showed that there was no relationship between age and consumption of iron sources in pregnant women (pvalue: 1,07) there is a relationship between birth spacing and consumption of iron sources in pregnant women (pvalue: 0,00)., there is a relationship between know ledge and consumption of iron sources in pregnant women (pvalue: 0,00)., there is a relationship between anemia and consumption of iron sources in pregnant women(pvalue: 0,00). Keywords: Age, Education, Knowladge, Birth Spacing, Anemia
