Simulation results on a fuel vehicle with seven-speed dual clutch transmission using different gear decision-making methods under multiple driving cycles are presented. The results indicate that compared with the case of an empirical economy gearshift strategy, additional fuel can be saved. 摘要

为了提高双离合变速器车辆的燃油经济性,提出了一种基于动态规划和未来车速预测的实时换挡方案优化方法。DP算法需要全局状态信息,这使得其难以应用于车辆的实时控制。因此,本研究利用遗传算法优化的BP神经网络(GA-BP)对未来速度信息进行预测,并将速度预测结果引入到齿轮规划问题求解过程中,实现齿轮规划优化在齿轮决策中的实时应用。给出了一辆七速双离合燃油汽车多工况下不同档位决策方法的仿真结果。结果表明,与经验经济换挡策略相比,可以节省额外的燃油。该方法计算量小,保证了DP换档调度优化的实时性。
