摘要

研究了表面贴装永磁电机定子铁心形状与转矩脉动的关系。分析了不同定子铁心形状的SPM电机,阐明了齿宽对转矩脉动的影响。为了考虑定子铁芯用无取向电磁钢板的详细磁性能,采用引入E&S (Enokizono & Soda)模型的二维有限元方法对电机进行了分析。此外,通过倒角的齿尖的转矩脉动减少尝试。结果表明,齿端宽度和齿尖形状不仅对扭矩的增加有重要影响,而且对扭矩脉动的减小也有重要影响。
