Implementation is carried out by determining academic planning in schools including compiling and implementing programs, compiling budgets, motivating educators and education staff, allocating human resources so that the strategies that have been implemented can be implemented and developing a school culture that supports the fun school movement strategy in realizing student profiles pancasila. 摘要

研究目的:(1)找出趣味学校运动在实现潘卡西拉学生形象中的战略管理规划;(2)找出乐趣学校运动在实现潘卡西拉学生形象的战略管理过程;(3)对实现潘卡西拉学生形象的趣味学校运动进行战略管理评价。使用的方法是描述性的,数据通过访谈、文献研究和观察获得。研究结果表明,乐趣学校运动在实现潘卡西拉学生形象中的战略管理分三个阶段进行,即:策划、实施和评估。通过识别来自外部的机会和威胁以及学校内部的优势和劣势或分析外部和内部环境,确定GSM战略,进行战略管理规划;解释已实施的愿景、使命和目标,并确定短期、中期和长期计划。实施是通过确定学校的学术计划来进行的,包括编制和实施计划,编制预算,激励教育工作者和教育人员,分配人力资源,以便实施已经实施的战略,并发展一种学校文化,支持有趣的学校运动战略,实现学生概况pancasila。管理评价以三种方式进行,即对学校项目或活动的直接评价、对学术领域的评价和评价会议。
