摘要

各种瞬态扰动引起的功率摆动仅存在几秒钟,就会影响3区距离继电器的行为,并可能导致继电器误动作。通过改进3区距离继电器的操作,可以防止误操作,从而避免串级跳闸。提出了一种基于多项式曲线拟合的暂态稳定预测方法。该方法的新颖之处在于,通过求解计算量较大的机电动力学问题,仅基于少量故障数据样本就能准确地预测暂态稳定性,并确定3区最优脱扣时间,使继电器在稳定的功率波动时能够阻止脱扣。本文在IEEE 14总线系统上对该方案进行了性能评估,并给出了测试结果。
