In this paper, a planar TEM horn antenna is presented in the paper which is similar to Vivaldi antenna, but has better quality in low frequency and a 0.5–25GHz bandwidth. The model is established with CST@ software and the parameters are optimized to decrease its size. Design of miniature planar ultra-wideband TEM horn antenna
