Statistical inference tools were frequency distributions, Spearman’s rank correlation\nanalysis, regression analysis, paired t-student tests, and the Kruskal-Wallis test.\nAccording to research results, the current quality of life of the respondents is moderately good, and the prognosis of\nfuture life is optimistic. Job satisfaction, which is significantly determined by the subjective assessment of income, is of\nsignificant importance for the quality of life. 摘要

本研究探讨残障人士职业活动与生活品质及工作满意度的关系。34名从事专业活动的残疾人参与了这项研究。“工作满意度量表”用于评估整体工作满意度的认知方面,“中心阶梯”用于测量生活质量,并使用问卷收集度量数据。统计推断工具为频率分布、Spearman秩相关分析、回归分析、配对t-student检验和Kruskal-Wallis检验。根据研究结果,受访者目前的生活质量为中等好,对未来生活的预测是乐观的。工作满意度对生活质量具有重要意义,它在很大程度上取决于对收入的主观评价。研究发现,生活质量、工作满意度与经济工作条件之间存在显著的相关关系。
