摘要

客车车身涂装工艺要求既有良好的外观设计,又有强度设计。车厢一般用钢板、不锈钢板和铝板制作。三种材料的涂装程序、加工时间和干燥时间各不相同,从2小时到20小时不等。本文的目的是通过对涂装车间物流的分析,解决涂装车间日常调度和混合料制造造成的堵塞问题。采用ARENA对逻辑过程进行建模,并在增加一定的等待空间和涂装车间后进行分析,对流程进行优化。
