For the airline, the price is very significant, as it brings to the company the funds that are needed for further activities. The price also brings a profit for the effort that has been expended. In particular, the price of the product is from the customer’s point of view the most important factor that has a great impact on sales. The price is constantly influenced by the company’s goal, competition, marketing mix strategy, demand, inflation, costs and the nature of the market. We can therefore argue that pricing needs to be constantly monitored and adjusted, as it is a dynamic and ever-changing process that helps the airline to survive with the highest possible profit or, conversely, with the least possible losses. For the airline, pricing policy and pricing tactics play a major role, as its success in the aviation market depends on the correct determination and setting of prices. The analysis is focused on monitoring ticket sales during selected days and processing flight data.
