摘要

两种著名的矩阵分解技术奇异值分解(SVD)和非负矩阵分解(NMF)被广泛应用于推荐系统。推荐系统数据矩阵中有许多缺失条目,为了使其适合因式分解,需要对缺失条目进行填充。对于矩阵补全,我们使用均值、中值和众数作为三种不同的补全情况。利用分解后产生的自然聚类来制定简单的样本外扩展算法和方法,为新用户生成推荐。使用归一化互信息(NMI)和纯度两个聚类评价指标来评价聚类的质量。
