The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the CTL model in the arts and culture subject and explain the inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of the CTL model. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Sources of data are Arts and Culture teachers, Head of Madrasah and others. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data analysis using triangulation. The results showed that the application of the CTL model in arts and culture subjects followed the steps of the CTL model (constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modeling, reflection, authentic assessment) and the inhibiting factors obtained were the obstacles, namely the lack of human resources and natural resources, motivation lacking, differences in enthusiasm between students, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient funds, less time allocation. The supporting factors are support from madrasa organizations, collaboration between art and culture teachers and calligraphy, good responses from batik craftsmen, good responses from various parties, students are more active and focus on learning with group friends, providing insight into job opportunities and training skills. the spirit of entrepreneurship and learning is more colorful and varied. 摘要

本研究的重点是找出CTL模型在艺术和文化学科中的应用,以管理学生的软技能,MTsN 1 Jombang的目标是成为一所鼓舞人心的蜡染伊斯兰学校。本研究的目的是描述CTL模型在艺术与文化学科中的实施情况,并解释CTL模型应用的抑制和支持因素。研究方法采用案例研究的定性方法。数据来源是艺术和文化教师、伊斯兰学校校长和其他人。通过访谈和观察收集数据。使用三角测量进行数据分析。结果表明,CTL模型在艺术文化学科中的应用遵循了CTL模型的步骤(建构主义、探究、质疑、学习共同体、建模、反思、真实评估),而获得的阻碍因素是人力资源和自然资源的缺乏、动机的缺乏、学生之间的热情差异、基础设施不完善、资金不足、时间分配不足。支持因素有:伊斯兰学校组织的支持、艺术与文化教师与书法的合作、蜡染工匠的良好反应、各方的良好反应、学生更积极,更专注于与团体朋友一起学习、提供就业机会和培训技能的见解。创业学习精神更加丰富多彩。结论是CTL模型的应用能够很好地管理中邦第一中学艺术文化学科学生的软技能。
