The paper deals about possibilities to determine the kinematic parameters of rotating or periodically repeating actions using the stroboscopic effect. This phenomenon is recorded by a highspeed camera. Using the camera setup algorithm, the measured moving object can be optically slowed down, stopped or this object can move in the opposite direction. The whole measurement can be recorded as a snapshot.
