With a qualitative approach, 14 interviews were taken with purposive sampling, and with data saturation, the data was analyzed with thematic analysis. The findings suggest that employees be motivated towards the salary and allowances, however, the employer branding and brand name of the companies, and the office environment creates more engagement with work.
