This method aims to determine priority location with weighting against each criteria and sub-criteria, and alternative were used. Priority Scale were used based on primary data collection form of questionnaires and interviews to respondents who expert in the field of social, economic, accessibility. 摘要

动态是非常高的活动刺激了泗水市的发展非常快,人口增长越来越拥挤。随着人口的迅速增长,作为土地供应来源的住房发展进入每个人的需要变得越来越有限。根据规划西泗水住宅区发展的土地适宜性,可在西泗水市的Lakarsantri街道、Sambikerep区和Sukomanunggal区三个区进行住房开发。因此,本研究将对城市地区,特别是西泗水地区的住房发展规划进行分析,利用层次分析法确定住宅区发展的优先位置。该方法的目的是通过对每个标准和子标准的加权来确定优先级位置,并使用备选方案。对社会、经济、可及性领域的专家进行问卷调查和访谈,采用问卷调查的原始数据收集形式,采用优先级量表。本研究的结果是,主要优先确定的住宅区开发位置位于Sukomanunggal区,第二优先确定的住宅区开发位置位于Sambikerep区,第三优先确定的住宅区开发位置位于Lakarsantri区。
