In order to control the quality of modular building, we introduce a set of scientific construction quality evaluation methodology modularto evaluate and control the quality. Hence, this report will point out a fuzzy evaluation model of modular integral construction quality based on the combination of OWA operator weights. The methods from a practical point of view, analyzes the construction quality of prefabricated construction, modular construction quality evaluation index system is established; in consideration of the modular construction of uncertainty. A combination OWA operator objective weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining, assembled monolithic construction quality of the final comprehensive evaluation values are obtained.
