If a user wants to utilize a cryptographic method to conceal encrypted data in an image, such as AES, it is essential that the method be impervious to all possible attacks. This study has analyzed the possibility to hide data inside digital photos by utilizing encryption techniques like AES. The performance comparison of AES and Data Encryption Standard (DES), a full Python implementation of the AES for image steganography is also presented. To illustrate how each method performs, experimental results are provided.
