摘要

本文研究了影响电真空器件工作区域真空纯度的2NiCuMn 38-2V合金棒材化学成分的关键特性。结合电真空器件制造工艺的特点,指出在其工作区域的零件中采用冷拔棒材在技术上是不合理的。指出可以用热旋锻获得的棒材代替冷拔棒材。
