The subject of research is the use of free cloud computing technology with types of the services Software as a Service in education for students of university. This article covers the free and open source cloud computing technology and its application in Web-based IT education. One of the technologies that can be used in teaching online IT courses is cloud computing. In this work the analysis and systematization of research on the use of free cloud-based ICT in education, research and organizational activities.
