Statistical Analysis of Characteristics of Time Headway Distribution on Roads in Snowy Cities

堀 井 雅 史* Masafumi Horii SYNOPSIS In this paper, the author deals with time headway distribution on roads in snowy cities and make clear the characteristics of time headway distribution. Furthermore, several kinds of probabilistic distributions are applied to these data and x2 test is conducted. In conclusion, any probabilistic distributions are not adopted to these time headway distributions according to the x2 test. However, Peason type III distribution and log-normal distribution are similar to these time headway distributions and these distributions can be applied to the INPUT distribution function of a network simulation model.
