摘要

人际交往对教师工作满意度的间接影响。这项研究是用定量方法进行的。类型是本研究的相关研究。数据收集技术是通过使用问卷调查工具来完成的。数据分析使用的是路径分析辅助智能PLS 3.2.8软件。测量模型通过对测量模型(外部模型)的评价和对结构模型(内部模型)的评价来实现。本研究结果表明:(1)教师人际交往对教师工作动机没有显著的正向影响(2)教师人际交往对教师工作动机有显著的正向影响(3)教师人际交往对教师工作满意度有显著的正向影响(4)教师人际交往对教师工作满意度没有显著的正向影响(5)教师工作动机有显著的正向影响(6)教师人际交往通过教师工作动机对教师工作满意度没有显著的正向影响(7)教师人际交往通过教师工作动机对教师工作满意度有显著的正向影响
