From the existing theories and research conducted by several researchers on the relationship between these variables, we argue that remuneration has a significant effect on job performance. Remuneration has a significant effect on work motivation. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job performance. Remuneration has a significant effect on organizational commitment.
