Using the functions of information processing and spatial analysis of GIS in the adjustment process can provide a scientific result, and can increase the work efficiency. 摘要

中国的耕地资源十分稀缺。为保护耕地,中国实行基本农田保护制度。自然条件、区位条件最好、耕地面积较大的耕地作为基本土地予以保护。具体规定,在土地利用总体规划中确定基本农田。有一定质量和数量的基本农田,不仅是区域粮食安全的坚实基础,也是中国国民经济和社会可持续发展的重要保障。但是,为了满足社会经济发展的需要和提高基本农田质量的要求,在保持基本农田原有布局稳定的前提下,对基本农田布局进行适当调整的方法很少。本文的研究目的是试图从基本农田的概念出发,结合新一轮土地利用规划对基本农田调整的要求,探索一种利用地理信息系统完成基本农田布局调整工作的方法。在平差过程中利用GIS的信息处理和空间分析功能,可以提供科学的结果,提高工作效率。本文以高安市为例,验证该方法在结构上的可操作性,从而建立基于gis的基本农田调整技术,为高安市新一轮土地利用规划提供科学参考。
