However, owing to its 24 hours of uninterrupted work in the field all year round, various components often fail during actual use, which affects the accuracy of meteorological data. Therefore, in response to the demand for rapid detection of wind sensor faults, an embedded portable wind sensor fault detector is developed, which can realize fault detection and daily inspection of wind sensors. The detector adopts a portable box design that is convenient to carry. STM32F103 was used as the main control unit chip, and the microcontroller data bus was isolated from the meteorological element processing circuit bus through a four-channel digital isolator. The user operates the control instrument through a good human-computer interaction interface, and accurately realizes the collection of wind direction and wind speed signals. According to the fault detection method of the wind sensor, the accurate location of the fault point of the wind sensor can be realized.
