摘要

本研究的主要目的是调查技术培训在查哈尔马哈尔和巴赫蒂亚里省人力资源发展方面的作用和地位。本研究采用的方法是一种描述关联法。本研究的统计人口包括查哈尔马哈尔省和巴赫蒂亚里省私营部门所有受过培训的雇员。本研究的样本量采用Cochran抽样公式确定,等于116人。数据分析将使用SPSS软件。研究结果表明,技术培训可以影响人力资源开发。
