摘要

本文介绍了开关磁阻电机(SRM)在电压脉宽调制(PWM)模式下定子径向振动的产生和抑制的实验研究结果。结合时域和频域分析的实验结果表明,电压PWM模式下的SRM定子径向振动不仅是由换相位置的相电流关断引起的,而且是由斩波时的相电压PWM引起的。基于实验结果,分析了现有两级换相方法在电压脉宽调制SRM减振中的有效性和局限性。采用两级换相方法可以减小带电压脉宽调制的SRM在斩波过程中产生的振动,但对于较高的斩波频率或较低的固有频率无效。本文研究了电压PWM模式下SRM的工作参数和电流回流方式对其振动的影响,并在实验研究的基础上提出了抑制SRM振动的若干具体原则。
