本文探讨了危机经济条件下餐饮企业创新发展的主要方向。创新带来巨大利润是有根据的,但需要特殊的资格和高质量标准。应在乌克兰建立食品工业创新中心,以开发满足消费者新愿望和需求的产品。确定了创新活动管理应成为餐饮企业战略管理的主导领域之一。
