摘要

本文基于2000年至2011年间发表在国际商务和综合管理与战略领域5种顶级期刊上的12篇实证研究,对国际市场进入中企业建立模式选择的影响因素研究进行了综述。在以中心主题为基础的组织方法下,我们提出了一个包含五个中心主题组(即国家因素、行业因素、企业因素、战略因素和经验因素)的战略管理过程框架,并以此分类总结了影响因素。最后对存在的一些争议进行了讨论,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
