Analysis of the data revealed that the indexes on the ADC-charts largely correlate with the activity of tumor cell proliferation. The signal on the ADC-charts in malignant tumors of grade 3 and 4 is significantly lower than in tumors with low malignancy of 1 and 2 grade. 摘要

根据术前磁共振成像资料,分析组织学证实的脑、椎管肿瘤患者的表观弥散系数(ADC)图。数据分析显示adc图上的指标与肿瘤细胞的增殖活性有很大的相关性。3级和4级恶性肿瘤adc图上的信号明显低于1级和2级低恶性肿瘤。分析中枢神经系统病理病变患者的adc图不仅可以用于鉴别诊断,还可以体现病变的假定病理形态学特征,从而影响手术干预量和治疗方案的规划。
