Data and collection procedure: Primary data collected by close-ended questionnaire. Sampling: Convenience and snow-ball sampling techniques used to acquire data. Nature: The study was quantitative and descriptive in nature. Population and sample size: Approximately, 125 questionnaires delivered to the target population which including managers and non-managers, working in private banks of Sindh, Pakistan and out of that 100 received back as completed and fit for data analysis and interpretation. Data analysis & interpretation: Data analyzed and interpreted by SPSS and PLS-SEM. Findings: Cronbach’s alpha, item analysis and factor analysis measured individually for overall variables of study. All variables and items measured internally consistent and reliable except few items. Such items were measured insignificant through the factor loading considered to be revised or revisited.
