At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning was abolished, so that the implementation of learning underwent a transformation into online learning. Over time, Indonesia entered the New Normal era. Seeing these conditions, in order to maximize the implementation of learning Blended Learning becomes an alternative strategy in the implementation of learning, especially in elementary schools. This study aims to determine the relationship between the selection of Blended Learning Strategies in learning with the understanding of elementary school age children during the covid-19 pandemic. Researchers used qualitative methods with in-depth data collection and observation techniques. Based on the research that has been carried out, the following results were obtained: 1.) The learning motivation of elementary school age children decreased bengining of the covid-19 pandemic, 2.) The implementation of the Blended Learning Strategy made children more enthusiastic in learning, 3) The Blended Learning strategy helped children in learning. solve unreached problems.
