The role of 5´-nucleotidases in function of immune system cells
Disorder of purine metabolism, in particular the activity of 5'-nucleotidase, which is one of the key enzymes of the purine cycle, leads to functional inferiority of cells of the immune system. 5'-nucleotidase is considered a marker of the functional maturity of lymphocytes.
