Application of shared-equity construction contracts in modern conditions

The author of the article generalize advantages and disadvantages of the individual share contracts in construction from the legal and economic point of view. Some changes in the legislation concerning shared-equity construction and transition to the application of escrow accounts are studied. According to the author, escrow accounts have helped to protect the interests of shareholders, however negative consequences of the innovation need to be considered as well.
