Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there were various kinds of leadership strategies and communication skills of the playgroup heads during the educational study period. 摘要

每个人都有自己的需求,也有满足他人需求的需求。这也适用于学校校长,尤其是游戏小组的负责人。所以需要领导策略和良好的沟通技巧这样自己需求的满足才不会干扰他人需求的满足。本研究旨在确定Aisyiyah 13 Jepara Playgroup负责人在研究生教育阶段满足自身需求期间的领导策略和沟通技巧。本研究使用的方法是定性案例研究来描述沟通技巧。根据所进行的研究结果发现,在教育研究期间,游戏小组负责人的领导策略和沟通技巧是多种多样的。然而,由于游戏组负责人的时间有限,监督功能没有正常发挥作用。
